I bought all my hibiscus seeds at RabbitRun seed on ebay.
I type in the search area of gardening Hibiscus seeds or plants and found the store. They sell the packages of seeds for 99cents. You get 20 or 25 seeds. All mine have taken
so far with them. Hope this helps........
