Texas Star Hibiscus

My Texas Star hibiscus is 1 year old and now is 3 feet tall

but hasn't bloomed this summer. Do you think that I will

get any blooms this year or will I have to wait until next

summer for some blooms?

I wish I knew about your zone and them blooming. I started mine from seeds during winter and it is blooming already. Hope yours will bloom too
