Trying to revive a potted hibiscus

I live in Florida and a friend was supposed to be watering my plants while I was out of town and I don't think she bothered to come this last month. Anyway I have a hibiscus in a pot on my front doorstep that gets full morning sun. I thought it was dead but I scraped the bark and it is still green. I have been watering with superthrive. Is it better to move the plant to a shaded outdoor location (it's in the mid 90's here) or bring it indoors where it is air conditioned? Or should I leave it where it is and keep watering and hope for the best?

if its all wilted and has to grow new leaves, it might be good to put it in bright shade to help it along. if any of my hibiscus are not doing well, i move them to partial or bright shade until they are start looking better so they don't have to fight the hot sun all day...
