what to spray on whiteflies

I have a very persistent whitefly problem on my pink tree mallow.

I've used diazinon, neem and dormant oil spray. Is there anything more effective?

I've used peroxide/water and a few drops of dish soap (not the antibacterial kind). I think it's like 1/3 peroxide 2/3 water. Spray it on and under the foliage, but not when the sun is shining directly on it. Repeat every 2-3 days, if necessary. The only thing I hate worse is spider mites.
