white rose of sharon name

DOes anyone know the name of the white rose of sharon with the red eye in the center. It is not the solid white "diana". looking for the new cultivers that do not set seed.

thanks for the info.Just was told by former owner of house that it is RED HEART. now that you show me helene, they look identical. Are theyheavy seed droppers?

Oh yes, heavy seed droppers; my neighbor doesn't know how to prune his, so I get hundreds of sprouting seedlings every year. Grrrrrrrr...

I would gladly take some of the seeds off your hands, and/or the seedlings. I had one similar to this but it is dying. It is in a part of the yard that doesn't get much attention and it is dying on me. Just let me know.....
