Hey All!

Just wanted to share my yellow hibiscus that I bought this spring. It has done really well for me since I bought it, but this is the first winter it will have to move into the house here in MI, so we'll see how it does! I have another double red that has been successful for the past 4 winters, so I'm hoping this guy will do okay too. :)

Such a beauty! What's the name of your hibiscus?

Hi Bonita - Thank you! The tag that was on in in the nursery I bought it from says "Bonaire Wind." Hope that helps! :)

Thank you! It's weird - this picture doesn't show it, but on some of the newer flowers, a tinge of pink has begun to appear inside the white. Once it stops pouring, I'll take a picture and share it. The first blooms this summer didn't have any pink - just the yellow with the white center. I only have a double red in addition to this, so I didn't know if it is normal for colors to just suddenly appear on multi-colored varieties? It's pretty, so I'll take it. Just curious. :)
