| I have this turks cap (malvaviscus drummondii) growing wild just outside my privacy fence in an alley. I would love to move it to a special place in the yard. Is it okey to move it now or should I wait till fall? Took me awhile to figure out what it was although I am told they grow wild here in texas....such a pretty plant with interesting flowers. Thank you for anything you can tell me. |

| I'd wait until fall. Everything transplants better when it's cooler. Less stress on the plant. In the meantime, try to root some cuttings. |
