Hi guys, I need to move my Luna red hib.... It's crowding a rose bush and causing some mildew like issues , when can / should I move it for best results? Don't want to kill it , it is so gorgeous and is in its second summer in my garden. It's about 3.5 feet tall and almost 3 ft wide. I was going to try and get it out this week bc were supposed to be overcast and rainy with temps in the 70s... And I want to give it a good 4 weeks in the new location before the weather gets too cold . Thanks for any advice:)
