Flare hibiscus

I have a Flare hibiscus, one of the Texas A&M plants for Texas. I no longer want it. It looks like it would make three nice plants if dug.

Do you know if you can bare-root it for shipping? I would like to put it on my trade list.

    Hi - I would think, that since it is very hardy.
    Then, you could ship it. Let me know ,if you want
