When and how do I plant dinner plate hibiscus seed?

best time is about march in a pot inside. put some potting soil in a pot. make a tiny hole maybe a 1/8 inch down, put the seed in cover and keep watered. in 7-21 but usually within 14 days u will have a baby. make sure the soil doesnt dry out until the roots get established. But you can do it pretty much anytime of year just march would be best to go with the life cycle of that plant. ive started them in dec tho too.
