Dear Forum,

I would be grateful if some one can identify this hibiscus. It has small pink flowers and it makes a lot of them. The shoots are rather flexible and gnarly with lots of bumps and twists. It is also a grafted plant.

I came across a hibiscus at a local nursery named viceroy. but the flowers were larger. however it shared the characteristics of uneven length petals. anyone heard of viceroy???

Hi RRNSSS, Your bloom is called Tiny Tina in Australia, though is actually a very old variety that is reputed to come from Maylasia and may even be a species.

Good luck growing it and it does set seed.

    Regards, Brian.
