Bugs all over the buds?

They are white tiny little bugs (aphids???), and the smallest little ants(maybe they are eating the white bugs???)

How do I get rid of the bugs, with out getting rid of the good critters, like earthworms?

    Ants protect the aphids, so they can harvest the sweet honeydew (AKA poo) the aphids produce. A strong blast of water will take care of most infestations. There are numerous other relatively safe things like insecticidal soap for more severe problems.
