Help.. plant dying??

Hi, I have a hibiscus and it was doing great. It sits outside on my balcony, so the amount of sun it receives hasn't changed. I water it every 3-4 days. In the last 2-3 weeks I have noticed that all the leaves are falling off. When I look at the leaves I can see tiny whitish/yellowish bugs on the front and backs of the leaves and some of the leaves that have turned yellow I can see red bugs. When I looked at them closely I can see tiny black legs (maybe 6). The red bugs are no bigger than 1-2mm long. My once lushious looking plant now looks on the brink of death. I really want to keep the plant alive. It has the most amazing pink flowers.

Thank you for any help.

Right away, get your water hose out and spray it good to knock off all the bugs that you can. Then I'd try something like sevin dust, or a commercial spray. Hibiscus are really sturdy plants, and it can probably survive even if most of the leaves fall off. But treat it soon!
