Confederate Rose Hibiscus?

I planted a Confederate Rose Hibiscus that I purchased at a plant sale about 3 years ago. It's in the front yard facing East and gets the morning sun and filtered sun in the afternoon because of some trees nearby. It has grown beautifully with lush green leaves, to about 3 ft. tall and almost as wide. But, it has never flowered. Not even any buds. Does anyone have any info on this plant??

I wonder if you actually have a Confederate Rose(H. mutabilis). Any way you can post a picture? In 3 years that plant should be 10 feet tall and just as wide and will bloom in the spring and fall.

Mini, It was sold as confederate rose so I am assuming that is what it is. The leaves look the ones described on the plant profile. anyway, I'll try to get a photo posted. thanks for helping.

It's not getting enough sun. Confederate Rose needs full sun to bloom, especially in your zone.
