Little bright specks on Hibiscus Leaves - Help!

Hello all! I have a hybrid Hibiscus that's been growing steadily and happily, but for the last three months some leaves have been growing in with some weird little bright spots all over them, and some older leaves have been showing them as well. It's an indoor plant and I've crossed out any kind of pest. Does anyone know what this is? Is it some kind of deficiency?

I would love any help at all.

I've never seen that on a hibiscus,then again i grow all of mine outside all year long.To me it looks like it's lacking some nutrient.Try googling it and see what you can find.Otherwise i'd say give it a dose of epsom salts.
