repotting Candy Wind

I purchased a Candy Wind hibiscus in April. It bloomed in my greenhouse & I put it outdoors in June. I noticed it was actually 5 cuttings stuck in 1 pot. Do I dare separate these now or should I wait until spring? I intended to do it much sooner but got busy with other gardening.

I'd hate to kill it as it is a very easy to manage plant.

I have the same plant, and it also has multiple plants within one pot. This makes for a much bushier display.

I certainly did trim mine before bringing them indoors ( after spraying and insecticiding them). I am planning on leaving mine in a cluster for the winter, but in the spring will repot ... I think keeping them as a cluster.

    Any further thoughts?

I'm leaving it alone until spring. Then,I think I will try to separate them. My neighbor had a different hibiscus that had several plants in the pot & it started dieing off,one by one until the whole thing was dead.
