Something interesting i noticed with my butterfly hibiscus. they are normally a solid yellow flower. this weekend a flower opened on my new butterfly plant, and it had pink blushing around the petals...my old one hasn't done that. I am suspecting it has to do with the weather turning. this is a photo on the new butterfly. i have to get a pic of the other plant still.

Very nice flower. Very odd how some plants change like that. I'm seeing all kids of changes in plants too. Love em when they have "tight" overlapping petals like that. Darren

Okay - took a few days, but got a pic of a just opened butterfly from my older bush. bad flower but no pink on the inside. though i did notice pink on the outside of the petals of the new flowers recently so who knows.

Nice just the same. Like the tighter petal cluster on the first plant better. Like that style. Darren
