light requirements for overwintering

Hello hibiscus people. I have a tropical hibiscus tree that is about 8' tall now. I am running out of room to store plants. Do you think the tree will overwinter/survive in a basement, at about 65-70 degrees with virtually no light.

Yes, it will survive. With no light, it will go dormant, so you'll have to be careful about not watering it too much, but other than that, you shouldn't have any problems.
