I have 3 really large plants
(like 10ftx10ft)
and lots and lots of flowers.
I have not made roselle tea before
I want to know if i am doing this right ?

The Caylex is the whole red pod ?
or just part of the inside ?

the just started to flower... should i harvest now ?
i read to wait 10 days. but it seems they are not all flowering at the same time.
i have about 20-30 that flowered already.
i tried drying the flower with the caylex
and making a tea with that, but it tasted kinda funky.

I remember buying dried flowers to make tea with

would that work ?

would i let the flowers dry on the plant.
or pick them when they are open ?
