Droopy Tropical Hibiscus Tree :(

Anyone here know what I should do to this tree form hibiscus? Dug it up, placed in pot for winter since I live in Ilinois. Should I trim back all the branches or leave be...looks pitiful right now. :(

Did it look like this when you dug it up? How long since bringing it inside did it start to look like this?
