Help Leaves falling off!

I have a hibiscus, tropical and I had to move it inside (landlord!), BUT a lot of leaves suddenly started to turn yellow and fall off. Is it because not enough light, too much watering, too hot. My apt gets cold in morning and hot at night. My hibiscus flourished outside during the Summer. I always bring it inside for the winter scared I will lose it in Winter, but never had leaves...a lot of them, fall off. Should I just leave it outside? I live in the Bay, California. What should I do? Recently another one of my plants got spider mites, so I gave my hibiscus Advanced Garden rose and flower care granules. Could this have been the problem. Should I feed my plant miracle grow? Please help, I do not want to lose it. Thanks

You asked: "Is it because not enough light, too much watering, too hot."

Could be a combo. For certain, it's less light. Don't fertilize until you see the plant recovering on its own.
