Transplanting Texas Star Hibiscus

I have had a Texas Star for about three years. It blooms beautifully and has lots of stalks. I underesimated its size and now need to move it. It blocks most of our view of our pond. I really don't want to lose it. When is the best time and what is the best way to move it? Thanks.

I would think that next spring before it starts to come out of dormancy, in your area. Hope you are saving seeds and trying to start more, that is if you want more.
