Is it a Hibiscus?

Hi all,

I won this plant on ebay. It is supposed to be a Hibiscus with blue/purple flowers. It's leaves look alot like a Citronella plant I have (Gerananium) and this doesn't really look like any Hibiscus I have ever seen. Did I get fooled?
