| Is there any agriculture regulation of shipping lychee air layer from Florida to Maui? There was a cheap Mauritius lychee air layer for sale for 15 bucks! Please help |

| Check with the department of Agriculture. it would be a real shame if you unknowingly brought some new terrible disease into Hawaii. Some plants have to come with a certificate of health that makes the whole process rather expensive. |
