| It's difficult for ordinary people to export seeds or other plant material to any other state or to a foreign country because it requires an inspection from the Department of Agriculture. However, a number of businesses are set up to export seeds, cuttings, and small plants. Do a google search for "Hawaii seeds cuttings" and you'll get the websites of a bunch of these companies. |
