| If you live near Pearl City, Home Depot is selling potted hydrangeas. It's quite expensive, though. It's about 9 dollars for one. I was tempted to buy it, but it is said that it would be difficult to plant it in tropical areas because they prefer cooler weather. If the price of the plant was less, I would have bought it anyway and experiment with it if it can grow in my area. |

| Went to Don Quixote at Waipahu yesterday, and I saw that they were also selling hydrangea for a bit higher price than Home Depot. Some plants that has flowers are wilted, though. |

| Thanks for the tips... I actually broke down and bought a pretty plant at costco.. used it in the house then planted it after the flowers died last week. With all the rain and cold it is doing well so far. |

actually not cheaper at Costco.. about $9 a plant... but came in a nice pot if that is any consolation... hoping that mine don't die, I am at 900 ft, so hoping for the best..... would love it if they live and grow enough to give you cuttings!!! |
