What is this bug?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knew what type of bug I have crawling around in my cucumber bush. I have quite a few on the plant. I also have quite a few lady bugs, do they eat this type of bug? I have been spraying neem on the plants and it doesn't seem to be helping. A link to a picture of the bug on my flickr page is attached.

It's a lady beetle larva, I call them rockstars. They're the only answer I've found effective in fighting whiteflies. Don't kill it! Find more and bring them into your garden.

Thank you so much for the reply! I have a cucumber vine that is infested with aphids - the good thing is that I've noticed lady bugs, lots of them, but I didn't realize what those little furry guys were and I feel HORRIBLE because I have smashed so many! Well, I am obviously going to stop doing that! I even built the ladybugs a house and at the same time it turns out that I have been killing off the babies! Again, thank you!
