| I acquired this taro plant the other day. The person I got it from said it was a Hawaiian taro – she evidentially got it from Hawaii. It does not look like the taro grown from the local grocers. I have read there are several different types of taro grown in Hawaii. Anyone know the botanic name of this plant?
Thanks for any help. |

| It looks like there are 300 varieties of taro in Hawaii, so my question is not an easy one. It also looks like I need to cut up the rhizome for an ID. I did find the site below, however. |
