Cordyline/Dracaena ID help?

Leaves' margins are toothed, but not vicious to touch, but definitely noticeable.

Leaves also are not sunscalded or a nutritional deficiency?

Anyone with leads on plant name or cultivar?

thx

If a Cordyline cultivar then probably one belonging to C. fruticosa, known as ti plant in Hawaii.

Here is a link that might be useful: Google's Pictures of Cordyline fruticosa
