Squash/edible gourd seeds

Does anyone know where I can get the squash seeds grown on Kauai? They look like a gourd but are called squash there. Nobody I have asked knows them by any other name and my seeds have gotten old and won't germinate. They are a summer hard shell squash with pale green flesh. Ono stir fried with spam and in soups. They have a white flower if that helps and are not bitter.
Mahalo for any help.

Please best to discribe the gourd that you like maybe someone in the state of
Hawaii can put a local name to gourd that are looking for?

What shape and size is the squash? What color is the outside of the squash when ready to eat? Is it smooth or fuzzy? That would help narrow down the variety.
