I finally figured out a way to get ahold of Chuck. This was his email back to me:

Sorry about that. The server is having major problems. We're using this opportunity to move to a new dedicated host, though, so once we get it back up and running, we shouldn't have this problem anymore.

The msg I'm getting now is that the server is too busy. So they are making progress.
