I'm new to the homesteading forum, but I love reading everything that evrybody has to say. I'm learning alot even though I'm not a homesteader except in my mind! I live in the Netherlands and in our village I can buy freshly ground flour at our local windmill. It is stone grond flour done the old fashion way. The windmill has regular tours and if your in the neighborhood you can even get a private tour.
