small grain growing

I run a non-profit educational farm near Baltimore in our 2nd season. In addition to veggies and fruit, we have 5 grain plots about 20 x 40 ft: 2 plots wheat, 2 plots spelt, and 1 plot rye. I am looking for a local educator who can lead a 2 hour session on both the theory and practice of small grains: growing, harvesting, and processing.

check out the boy scout merit badge pamphlet(out of print) "small grains" these include : yellow wheat , oats, buckwheat, teff, triticale, quinoa, amaranth, sorgham , corn , rice, wild rice, millet, barley , red barley ,freake , and believe it or not soybeans.
Then contact the county extension service and ask for a speaker, instructor.
