Hi, I'm new 'round here! We are going to be buying a property in the DC area in the near future and are hoping to have a small farm, including animals. Does anyone know, between MD and VA, if one state has stricter regulations regarding livestock animals? I know that counties and cities can also have their laws and regulations in addition to any state laws, but is one generally more relaxed than the other? I'm not really sure where to look to find this information, not to mention that policy language has always been very confusing to me! Thanks!
