Anyone harvesting?

Harvest time here. Probably too early for many of you, but we just sent our pigs to slaughter and are seriously getting into harvesting the beds. There is a fire in the greenhouse every night, and the kitchen is filled with jars full of all kinds of stuff as we prepare for our long, hard winter.
