| Our crawl space/basement is 5' and sandy soil. Does anyone have some ideas/plans of how we could build a root cellar? Size, dimensions, shelves, etc. I don't have a large garden, but would like to keep the potatoes, carrots, canning, etc. down there. We're also hoping to deepen the crawl space to put in a family room and bathroom, too. thanks. |

| It should be ok to put stuff there if it doesn't freeze. What kind of foundation do you have? That might affect how much you can remodel, as far ass adding a bathroom etc. |
