We desperately need help!

My son was deployed with the Nat'l Guard to the AZ-Mexico border last summer. He had a geothermal heating sysyem installed last spring. He has had nothing but trouble with it.

We can't get the company who installed it to fix it. My DH has had to dig it up numerous times with his backhoe...and here it is winter, and my DIL and GS's don't have any heat.

Is there ANYONE who knows anything about them who will email me so my DH can ask some questions?

Check th U.S. government printing offfice in Publoe Colorado 81009 . ask for their free catalog and what they have on the subject .
Also write the manufacturer , the county extension agent and check interlibrary loans . If someone goes to college check the intercollege loans . then check the search engines on the internet .

Has anyone successfully connected a 208V - 3phase scroll compressor geothermal heat pump in a residence which has only 1-phase power using a phase converter? Which type? Read the static phase converters should never be used with a scroll compressor. Any help would be appreciated. Jens
