Goodby Till March!

We're off for our winter vacation. We leave early Sat. morning.

I'll miss not being able to read all the posts while we are gone. No laptop yet so I'll have to rely on friends, when we visit, to use their computers. We'll be in Florida,(Race Week Michelle) Mississippi( touring the Pre Civil War mansions in Natchez), Louisiana, Arkansas( visit the best man from our wedding 45 years ago), and Southern Illinois( Aunts and Uncles all in their late 80's) before we return around the 10 of March.

I'll have fun catching up when we get back. Of course I'll have pictures to share!! Gag! Gag! Don't worry. I'll be selective in what I post.(smile)

Have a GREAT time, Connie! You'll be coming back at the perfect time and your hostas will all be starting to poke their eyes out, watching for you. :)

Have a blast! sounds like so much fun!
Yes race week, In February.... about 9 years ago my Hubby went to Daytona with a friend to watch the Winston Cup (On Valentines Day no less:) his friend held the key to the Dale Earndhardt car they was giving away, a Monte Carlo ss! That was so neat.
My baby was named because of the very same race 6 years ago and the death of Dale (Daytona is what we named him, he was born 3 months after that race)
