Wouldn't it be funny if the 'conversation side' became the main hosta forum, leaving only the hard core "all hosta, all the time" alone with each other on the discussion side!

I signed on tonight and the first post I read (on the other side) was the OT one. After reading & commenting on it, I was curious what was over here so I switched. Probably will be more fun over here. Shame though I liked getting all/most of my hosta fixes (pics, answers, info) along with a few personal touches.........never was one to be "strictly business".

I've never been in a "chat room", seems (IMHO) kinda silly to chat with "total" strangers......the Hosta Forum gave us all something in common.......our love of Hosta....and through it we gained little glimpses of the members. The little OT chats and/or comments were what added the dynamics and kept me coming back especially during the winter months.

I plan on spending most of my time over here, don't have time to wade through two threads...similar to never switching over to the gallery or trade forums.

Life may be a bowl of cherries, but this is definitely not the pits! Looking forward to some fun times with all of you my hostaholics!
