2008 - It took awhile to get going here in Minnesota

The Spring of 2008 seemed to take forever for the Hostas to get going.


This doesn't look as green as Phil's in April
4/22/08


Getting green & Tulips are flowering
5/20/08


We have green!
6/1/08


It is July & it is filling in
7/15/08


Flowering Hostas

It is December & everything is white! C'mon Spring!

Well,we have probably 2 more months growing season here in western NC,Cowboy! Some of my hostas start coming up in late February,here! (Montana aureomarginata) comes to mind. Most come up in March,with a few exceptions,all Tokudama types,and On Stage,are a few that come up really late. Phil

I enjoy looking at progression shots. Yours looks good in each season. Notice the van across the street never moved.

There seems to be lots of grass left that you can remove for more hostas!!! LOL

I so enjoy looking at other gardens. I get inspiration from them. Thanks for the spot of green in a rainy foggy day.
