Olive Bailey Langdon last May before it started to burn. I always wanted one from the first time I saw a photo. I found this huge pot at a local nursery. Unfortunately, it burns here, just like Frances Williams.

BCHosta your Orange Marmalade at different stages, wonderful! Everyone's photos of On Stage make me very happy I purchased one last year. Here is another late season purchase from 2014 - ORION'S BELT. It's extremely vase-shaped.

My OBL is in a very shady spot, just a touch of dappled sunlight in the afternoon. I didn't know it has a reputation for burning edges like FW. I hope that location helps. It's a baby planted 2014.

Olive Baiely Langdon. i loved this hosta from pictures seen here. I bought three. None of them have shown the rich color I expected.

Your Olive Bailey Langdon is beautiful!!! I have Francis Williams and this year I am going to be smarter and see if I can't shade it until the Weeping Mulberry above it leafs and provides some shade. All the damage last year was in the spring and even then it was still beautiful. I also have Tok. Flav. (whick Mark Zilis says can be used for a substitute for FW as it does not burn in the spring) and it too is one of my favourites. I guess I just love that colour combo.

I'm excited. I got back my recovered files from 2013 and early 2014. Missing those pictures was certainly limiting when picking pictures for this alphabet series. I don't know about all of you but from mid May to mid June is when most of my plants are looking their best. The earlier version of Orange Marmalade and Orange Crush were selected from my rescued pictures. So were On Stage and Old glory

Bennie, Bennie, Bennie...WOW - amazing photos, again. You have a terrific hosta collection. I'm curious...how many hostas DO you have?

Ooh La La scapes sure look great with War Paint in background!

I second Jo's comments. Bennie, you have an AMAZING collection of Hostas and inquiring minds would love to know how many you have (ball park will do if you're not sure).

Also, would you please ID for us that lovely Hosta behind Ooh La La? I don't think that's War Paint and I'd love to know just what it is.

OMG, you're in that final and most awesome category of Hostaholics.

Yes, PLEASE post pictures of your garden! (I should've known that was Bridal Falls, I have that one). Good call, Josephine.

Jon, if you go into Edit your profile, you can find advanced settings in a column on the left hand side. You can then select not to receive an email for every little thing. Those emails were driving me crazy too!
