    My Jewel of the Nile pic is too late in the season to post, it was looking kind of sad at that point, so I'll just throw in my June.

    Harry, I just culled my June sport (reverting to halcyon) this past summer..I'm happy to have it as my original Halcyon was left behind in a move. :-)

    Here's my June. I have a few now that I've divided after removing sports on both the shaded one and sun-exposed one. What a gorgeous hosta!

    The last of my J's is 'June Spirit', also new for 2013. I brought it home with one flower scape emerging. Just a lovely addition to June's family!

    Just have to mention the obvious, can't help it ---- 'Journey's End' is one beautiful hosta - don't have it....can't help admiring it!

    But......JUNE rules! :-)

    Loved that Julie Morss, have never seen it before.

    Does anyone know the differences between Justine and June Spirit?

    Terri.....after your question I looked at both plants then googled.....
    Hallson Gardens states (under description of Justine) that they are similar, if not identical....my JS is quite young...I will try to grow her in more sunlight to get that bright centre as show on Justine...both lovely plants...I love the SHINE/GLOSS on both.

    Jabulani is a sport of Rich Uncle, which is fantastic. I have high hopes for it. Came from Naylor

    Jade Stone is a fragrant and it has gi-normous flowers, with leaves on the scapes placed to hold them UP, I do believe.
    Mine came from Wade Gatton.

    {{gwi:916357}}

    Jaws (an Alttara Scheer hosta) from Naylor in late October. It is taking it a while to develop its serrated edges and ripples.

    Joanne Johnson on the fragrant list. From Wade Gatton.

    Johnny Angel is a nice gold, hope it grows nicely here.

    Journey's End came to me late because I ordered Sentimental Journey instead....duh.... sure do like both of them.
    {{gwi:916361}}

    Julia is one I bought because of the name. My grandmother and Julia Childs. It came from Hornbaker. It's the one down in front next to Flower Power with that tall scape.

    June came from Hallson, doing fine here in zone 9a.

    June Fever sure does look colorful next to Orange Marmalade, doesn't it?

    Justine in August.

    This is a June I divided in 2011 and was eaten off by deer the next year. I separated the solid green, can I now legitimately call that halcyon?

    I have missed my dear hosta friends and trying to see this site on an iphone while in Arizona. Thanks Myrle for posting my June pictures. As she said it is one of the favorites from spring to fall.
    I see there is none posted a JAZZY JANE so here is my first season for her

    'Jazzy Jane' is really nice. It's actually 'Lakeside Jazzy Jane'.

    You've just been sited by the Alphabet Po-lice! I'll let you off with a warning this time, Ma'am. Just watch your P's and Q's. I'm afraid I'll have to confiscate your 'Guacamole', however.
