I've had both for 2 years. The Niagara Falls was moved after one year. It's not too impressive yet.

My Lakeside Ripples is enormous already. It's next to a Journey's End that was planted around the same time. I thought Journey's End was going to be a big hosta and planted it behind the Lakeside Ripples. It's growing nicely but looks like a shrimp behind the Lakeside.

I think you usually plant in pots so my recomendation for Lakeside Ripples would be to plan on a really big pot!

IMO, both are excellent! If you like small, consistent ripples and cascading leaves, then Niagara Falls. If you like tall, upright, and a wavy edge, then Lakeside Ripples. For me, I have both of them!

You can add puckering (Manhattan) or a cream edge (Spartacus, Lakeside Breaking News, Bridal Falls).
