So, you cannot delete a photo, but you can replace it with another.

I created a blank file in a folder and selected it in "Choose File". The old photo was replaced with blank.
I made this 'blank' file from a photo by cropping it until only a very small sliver was left and saved it as 'Blank' for future use. It worked. Try it with Bob Solberg until only a small piece of one hair of his beard is left on the picture.

you might have to clear your browser .. browser history ... or cycle the computer off/on ... to prove you actually changed it .. clear your cache????

i am sometimes surprised... coming in and out of a forum ... how the list never changes .... for what seems like hours ... but i see action in the RECENT POST col ...

so i turn off my machine.. and prove to myself.. i have a life.. and do something else .... and when i come back.. what i call my browser... has reset ... i dont know if that is the right term ...

I just now went to the "test" forum here on GW. I posted a msg and a photo. Then I went back and selected edit.

I highlighted all the text and the html (from photobucket) for my photo and hit backspace to remove it. Then I typed in a new message.

Voila.

So it can be done, just like Brgu said it could. Also always refresh your page. I think that is why we sometimes get double posts. Refresh, refresh, refresh...

Cannot access HOSTA pics computer is not working, backup drive not responding, tablet has no HOSTA pics. We get full electrical service Monday by noon, hope to try then.
