Blue Flame - Buried too deep?

Here's an early riser I found this morning. It's Blue Flame. Does this one look like it's buried to deep. If so, should we dig it up now? Looks like the top of this one already has some frost damage or is drying out from lack of water.

American Sweetheart has 8 eyes peeping up. I guess I'll have to keep a spreadsheet to track these early risers so I'll know where to cover things up when it gets cold next weekend.

RE: Blue Flame - Buried too deep?

how about a little archeology ...

hand trowel.. and an old paint brush.. AND SEE WHATS THERE.. rather than start digging ... be gentle ...

you probably have to reset it.. but why guess...

my guess is that you couldnt wait for an answer.. and already ran out after typing the post.. and did it.. lol ...
