Fransens list it as a Tony Avent plant a cross of Fragrant Blue and Halcyon.

It was on my list, I saw it at Plant Delights last year. Problem is, it's always on my list from the website, but when I got there each time, it would come off to be replaced by something else, well, bigger and worth my money, I felt like. I have trouble buying something sooooo small for such a big price tag. It looked good there, though, just smaller than the other guys. Not sure if that really helps you, but this probably will: It stayed blue all year there, didn't fade into green and was a "real" blue like you are looking for. Hope that helps.

Hey, FUNN, thanks for your vital info. This looks like it might be "the one". It stays blue; it's small; it's pretty flat. I wonder if I can order it now and tell them not to ship it until May 1?
