I still have some basic green hosta that were in the yard when we moved in. I had split and moved them all around for a few years before branching out into the really nice plants.

I still have the really common hardy plants on the East side of my house where it gets a lot of sun, and stays pretty dry. I moved a few leaves this morning and spotted the old sturdy work horse coming to life.

Looks like eyes piled on top of eyes everywhere. That old reliable is showing the expensive new guys how to get on with being a garden plant!

Be sure to show us that hosta leafed out, okay Leafwatcher? Where will it put all those leaves I'd like to know.

Very nice surprise. I've been snooping but not a pip to be seen in pots or ground. We finally are getting some rain and warmth, finally. :o)
