Love Pat?

This came labeled as Love Pat. I bought it after Christmas 2010. I thought all last year that it had juvenile leaves. Now, I'm beginning to think I may be Blue Mouse Ears. Isn't this long enough it should begin to show adult leaves? It has 7 to 8 vein pairs.

There are two plants in this pot.

Bkay how big is it or tall? Love Pat becomes a fairly large plant approaching two feet in height when mature.

My Love Pat has cupped leaves so I'm thinking it may not be that, but my Blue Mouse Ears seems so noticeable when coming up the way it curls together so much.

Love Pat leaves should be bluer, cupped and heavily corrugated even after just a couple of years. Leaves should be 6 to 8 inches across. If your plant and its leaves are small it may well be Blue Mouse Ears.

Definitely Blue Mouse Ears much to tiny to be Love Pat.

Looks like BME to me. It's certainly not Love Pat.

It's an 8" pot. It's similar to a Blue Cadet I bought this week, but the Blue Cadet's leaves are more pointed.

Looks like BME to me also. One of my favorites to unfurl as it looks like roses. It also has that clean cream colored edge. Have a great day all Paula

I never noticed the white edge before.

Well, now I no longer have a "L" hosta.

Thanks, guys.
