Cute! We tend to get tiny frogs, have never seen a lizard.

I didn't see many of those last year. This is from several years ago when we had two hail storms in the spring - thus the ugly hosta. Needless to say, I left the damaged leaves for the season.

Used to keep Anoles as pets when I was a kid. Scared two of my aunts half to death when I had one on my shirt and it moved. They thought it was fake and both tried to get out of the kitchen door at the same time and literally wedged themselves in the doorway.

I had a visitor just like Santa's on a fragrant hosta...right next to Guacamole, in fact....on Holy Mole.....while I was spraying leaves to remove the sawdust particles. He just sat there and enjoyed the splash of water. Did not have my camera then.

Just before it rains, I usually hear a chorus of the tiny tree frogs, and that tells me it is gonna get wet pretty soon.

No lizards here, only toads. He's cute!
