Bugs for Freeze damage?

This is So Sweet #2. So Sweet #1 doesn't have any of this. It's not a hole, but the green is gone from the leaf. It appears on several leaves and usually appears near the stem. A thin membrane on the back of the leaf remains intact.
Ann Kulpa has some dots that I attribute to cold, but it doesn't look like holes. I don't see the "holy" part on any other hosta.
